The Office of University Communications & Marketing is responsible for internal and external communications, and is comprised of the following offices:

University Communications & Media Relations

Responding to media inquiries about the university, actively encouraging local and regional media outlets to cover university activities, internal communications, and executive communications, and managing the official social media channels are some of the areas of responsibility for University Communications and Media Relations.

University Marketing 

University Marketing coordinates university marketing with our agency partner and student recruitment marketing, conducted through the Marketing Integration Team, composed of Marketing, Student Success, campus marketers, and outside agency representatives.

Auxiliary Marketing

Auxiliary Marketing provides high-level support to UCCS Auxiliary units—Campus Store, Dining and Hospitality Services, Recreation and Wellness, Parking and Transportation, etc.—through strategic marketing planning, creative design, and internal communications. The Aux Marketing staff works on a variety of projects, with a focus on internal marketing campaigns and design support.
